Here are the last two letters from Jaden. They speak for themselves!
The first was sent on December 7th and the 2nd was sent on November 30th.
Hello Everyone!!!
I
don't have too much time today, but I wanted to share a video with you!
We recieved it on disc this week in Korean, and we were encouraged to
take our portable DVD players with us and share it with people on the
street. I haven't had any body have time to wathc it yet, but other
missionaries have and they said its been so good.
#ShareTheGift
I
know that as we focus on the Savior not only this month, but everyday
of our lives, we will find more happiness and peace in our lives.
Heavenly Father loved us so much that He sent His Son as a gift to the
world, and for everyone who would ever live on this earth. I get to tell
people about this everyday, and I'm so glad I get to. Its so neat to
share this message with everyone in Korea!
I
hope you enjoy the message and please share it!!! You have a lot more
influence than you think, just by emailing it or posting it. Share the
Gift!!
I love you all! Have a good Holiday Week!
Love,
Elder Roskelley
I hope your Thanksgiving was good! I spent mine with my new comp, Elder
Keil! He is from New Zeland, so for Thanksgiving we ate Korean food! It
was a good holiday, though the better part happened on Thanksgiving.
So,
there is this food called kimchi. Every Korean eats it everyday. Its
like water to them. And they make it once a year and make enough to last
the whole year. We were lucky enough to be able to help make some this
year to give to older people who can't make it on their own anymore. Its
called "kim-jang" and it was so fun. A bunch of grandmothers came to
pick it up and we were able to tell them a little about the Church and
why we wanted to help them out. It was just a good experience. (pictures
to follow!)
I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving and that you have a good December! I love you all!
Love,
Elder Roskelley
We made about 200 heads of cabbage or so. We got to eat a few bites of the fresh stuff and it was SO good!
What a wonderful time of year to think about all that we have been blessed with,
especially the precious gift of our Savior, Jesus Christ!
Happy Holidays and thanks for your continued support!
