Happy Fall!

I'm a little behind in posting (again!).
Jaden is doing well in Won Dang.
Although he gets along with his companion,
I think it's the first time he's been with someone who really doesn't share the same interests.
Most of his companions have been musical, or have loved science, etc.
The elder he's currently serving with is a surfer from southern California,
and actually played water polo for USC!

After only a few weeks in Won Dang, they were able to baptize Brother Moon,
a 14 year old young man.  Jaden said he's doing great, and they even got to
to to the temple with him.

I forgot to post this picture last time.  It's at a mission conference.
Jaden's forehead can be seen right below where the hymn numbers are posted!
Of course his would be the hidden face!  Still, it's impressive to see
so many missionaries together!

Jaden continues to go hiking on p-days.
He sent these beautiful pictures a few weeks ago:
(I don't know what the city is.)

I'm thinking those shorts have been put away!  He indicated last night that it's turned cold.
He wishes he was enjoying the Utah weather!
I need to remember that when I'm hot or cold here,
he usually has it a bit worse!

Last night Jaden also indicated that the work is going well.
His e-mails have been a bit shorter lately, so he didn't give any details!
(Need to talk to him about that!)
He did send a couple of pictures with others he's been working with.

The brother in the wheelchair is a member, but doesn't go to church.
Jaden has had many opportunities to teach and serve him.
The other gentleman is Jaden's friend, Bob.  That's all I know about him.

Jaden continues to do well.  I'm so grateful for the opportunities
he's had to serve others.  That's what it's all about!
